First settings

Once you downloaded UPC, the first thing you have to do is change destination path. THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT. If you don't do that, nothing will work.
So, first, go to option then settings or CTRL+Shift+S and click on the button to change path. Then, choose your *pcsx2*/cheats/ folder. This coulb be something liki C:/program files/pcsx2/cheats or C:/pcsx2/cheats etc, depending of where you installed upc.

Enable cheats

To activate a cheat, first, choose a game, and double click on it, then you'll see the list of its cheats. To enable/disable one of them, double click on the cheat. A cross at the right of a cheat means it is activated. Then click on the save button (if you don't changes will not be saved).
